岗位职责: The position will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties: • Establish sound marketing intelligence, an d dynamically Update actively monitoring market development trends an d competitions. based on it, design an d develop the overall marketing strategies an d initiatives, strengthen branding, help set up yearly company business objectives as well as educational programs to grow sales, market share, an d penetration. • Work along with field sales to educate clients (i.e. Director of Laboratories, Medical Doctors, Clinical Chemists, Pathologists) on technical/medical aspects of company products through one on one, group presentations, grand rounds presentations as requested by the Company. • Develop strategic alliance with Associations, Academies & other bodies to enhance brand equity, through scientific programs an d initiatives; Build an d maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, speakers. • Propose an d supervise the Marketing Budget for the Country. • Design internal an d external communication messages an d provide training programs to employees an d clients; produce promotional tools to support sales processes. • Be responsible for overall product portfolio management an d launch new products to satisfactorily meet local customer needs, an d timely feedback the needs to relative internal teams; evaluate an d suggest any new business opportunity around new market segments through market research an d business plan definition; Assist in annual Registration Master Planning process. • Perform on-going analysis an d assessments to better understand the features an d benefits that are required for improve customer satisfaction an d sales success; Actively communicate with peers to ensure best practices being shared. • Act as Liaison between the Country an d the Corporate Marketing an d MSL Department. • Lead marketing team an d people management. • Monitor an d manage the reimbursement application progress for each province. • Recommend marketing mix, including regional an d national advertising, promotional campaigns, trade show, video production • Work with the marketing communications function to promote company image.
岗位要求: • The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in biology Or biomedical Or Clinical laboratory, MBA preferred. PhD in biomedical Or Biology is a plus. • 10 years relevant working experience in MNC. • 5 years professional experience of marketing management in IVD/medical device/ healthcare industries in MNC • They must have solid experience in marketing an d good communication skills in English. • Dealer management experience is an added advantage.
Technical Competencies • Ability to utilize market, sales an d customer data to conduct meaningful analysis for decision-‐support an d marketing plan formulation. • Possess a strong strategic orientation an d ability to apply critical thinking to solving market issues.
